Install instructions

Windows: Download the EXE (or the TIC source-code!), and run!
Mac/Linux: Download the file, make it executable, and run! (Or get the TIC source-code!)
TIC Sourcecode: Download the .tic file, load it in the TIC-80 console, and play!
